Delivery times

For any order placed on the website, the preparation time may vary from 24 to 72 working hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times may be extended during busy periods: sales, private sales, outlet sales, etc.

The delivery times below do not include order preparation time (24h).

Packages are held for 7 days at pickup points.
Packages are held for 15 days at post offices.

Our warehouses are closed during the week of August 15.
All orders placed during this week will be shipped the following week.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your online order to return all or part of your purchases for an exchange or refund if they do not suit you. 
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition (not worn or washed) and with the original tags. Returns are free within mainland France, excluding promotional or outlet periods. Otherwise, you can return items at your own expense via the Post Office or by generating a prepaid return label in your customer account. A €8 fee will be deducted from your refund if you choose the latter option.
Once your return request has been submitted online, you have 48 to 72 hours to drop off your parcel at a pickup point.

Can I get a prepaid return label?
Returns are free for any order (excluding Outlet and promotional operations) within mainland France. You can make your return request here.

How long does a refund take?
Each return is usually processed within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel.
PLEASE NOTE: our warehouses are closed during the week of August 15. All returns made during this week will be processed the following week.

Requesting a refund

To return an item for a refund, declare your return request in your customer account under “My Orders.” Click on the order details and then on the “Make a Return” button. Select the items, quantities, and reasons for return. Once validated, your request will be sent to us. You can then send your parcel along with the packing slip to our warehouse via the carrier of your choice. Upon receipt of your parcel, we will proceed with the refund of the returned items.
The refund process will be initiated once your parcel is received.
The refund will be issued within 2 to 5 days of receiving the returned items, to the same payment method used when ordering. 
 
We strive to process your request as quickly as possible.

Any refund request for an item previously exchanged will be refunded as a store credit, within 14 days.

Any request that does not follow our procedure will be refused. Our customer service team will contact you to return your parcel at your expense.
