Delivery times
For any order placed on the website, preparation times range between 24 and 72 working hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Times may be longer during busy periods: discount periods, private sales, outlet sales, etc.
The delivery times below exclude order preparation time (24 hours).

How long before I get a refund or exchange ?
Each return is generally processed within 48 hours of receipt of your package.
PLEASE NOTE: Our warehouse will be closed during the week of 15 August. Any returns made during this week will be processed the following week.
Any request that does not follow this procedure will be rejected. Our advisers will contact you regarding the reshipping of your parcel, at your expense.
Request an exchange
Exchange requests only apply to exchanges for a different size, provided that the size in question is available on our website.
To make an exchange request, please fill in the exchange form, which can be downloaded here.
Please note that this form is only for exchange requests. For make a refund request, please go to the “Return order” section in your account.
We make every effort to send the requested size as soon as possible, to the address stated in your original order.
Any exchange request made after the deadline of fourteen (14) days will be rejected.
Products cannot be exchanged in stores under any circumstances.
Make a refund request
To make a refund request, please go to the “Return order” section in your customer account to declare your return.
How do I declare my return?
To return an item, you can declare your return for reimbursement in your customer area under the heading "My orders". Click on the details of the order concerned and then on the "Make a return" button. Select the articles, the quantities to be returned and the reason for your return. After validation, your request is transmitted to us. You can then send your package with your preparation slip or proforma invoice to our warehouse via the carrier of your choice. As soon as we receive your parcel, we proceed to the reimbursement of the returned items.
Returned items will be refunded within 2 to 14 days from when they are received, by the same method as the one used when placing the order.
